Prof. Richard Weiss Presented with “Medal of Honor” by the Brazilian Chemical Society

Prof. Weiss was an invited plenary lecture at the 41st Annual Meeting of the Brazilian Chemical Society, Foz do Iguaçu, Paraná, Brazil. During the meeting, Prof. Weiss was presented with the Journal of the Brazilian Chemical Society (JBCS) ‘Medal of Honor’ by the Brazilian Chemical Society for his service to their flagship journal. The JBCS Medal was established in February 26, 1999 to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Journal of the Brazilian Chemical Society (JBCS). This award is to be given to personalities, researchers and national or foreign institutions whose relevant contributions to the journal are to be recognized by this distinction.
