Prof. Hahm co-wrote an ACS Nano VI editorial, ‘Women in Nanotechnology: Toward Better Materials through Better Understanding of Low-Dimensional Systems’ with Prof. Ana de Bettencourt-Dias. The editorial is now available in the most recent virtual issue of ACS Nano (DOI: 10.1021/acsnano.8b05854). It is timely for the upcoming 256th ACS National Meeting in Boston with this year’s theme of “Nanoscience, Nanotechnology & Beyond”. Many of the research topics highlighted in the editorial will be presented concurrently at a symposium, Women in Nanotechnology, at the ACS National Meeting. Prof. Hahm also serves as one of the organizers for the ACS symposium which is co-sponsored by the journals Nano Lett., ACS Nano, and Chem. Mater. as well as by the Division of Inorganic Chemistry and the Women Chemists Committee.
